Kamoa’s Kitchen Meaʻai & Moʻolelo (Food & Stories) is more than just a food truck, it is a mobile culinary experience and catering company that has the privilege and ability to connect unique cultural cuisine with the stories of peoples and places that give mana. We enjoy serving kānaka inspired ʻai pono options and culinary creations that help to rekindle people’s fundamental pilina (connection) between ʻai (food) and ʻāina (that which feeds). The reciprocal transfer of aloha and mana serves as a foundation to understand where our food comes from, to understand where we come from, and to restore the natural regenerative health and wellbeing of the ‘Āina (land) and Kānaka (people). We specialize in creating custom Meaʻai & Moʻolelo Menus with emphasis on ʻai2ʻāina connections. We offer full service or no-host catering for every occasion, including:

~ An antique 1881 Map of Oʻahu that highlights pūnāwai, kahawai and ʻauwai (water sources) wahi inoa (potent place names).

~ Mālaʻai Momona, an initiative to grow more mahiʻai, gardeners and ʻai (food) by offering starter food plants for free or donation from our māla and other local farmers once a month.
